Monstercommerce

1. First you will need to log into the admin for your shopping cart.
2. After you login, select Order Processing on the Store Admin Menu.
3. Click on Online Payment Manager.

CONNECT (BASIC) SETUP

1. Click on Gateway Options drop-down menu and select LinkPoint Basic
2. Click the Edit button next to LinkPoint Basic
3. Enter your 6-digit store number under Store Name
4. Scroll to the bottom and click on Submit
5. Select LinkPoint Basic under Payment Gateway Options
6. Click on the Enable Gateway button
7. Next you will need to log into LinkPoint Central and enter the URL address for Monstercommerce
8. After you log into LinkPoint Central, click on Customization at the top
9. Click on "Configure LinkPoint Connect Settings"
10. Look for the field "Order submission form URL"
    Here is an example of what you will enter:
    https://secure-checkout66.monstercommerce.com/1234567890//index.asp?Page...
    
    
11. Scroll down and click on Submit

API SETUP

1. First you will need to download the LinkPoint PEM file.
   You can download the PEM file from LinkPoint Central.
   
2. After you login, click on Support on the top menu
3. Click on Download Center located on the left menu.
   
4. Click on Download next to PEM and make sure to save the file to the desktop. After the download is complete do not select the option to open the file.
5. Click on Gateway Options drop-down menu and select LinkPoint API
6. Click the Edit button next to LinkPoint API
7. Enter your 6-digit store number under Store Name
8. Click the Save button on the bottom right
9. Click on the Browse button next to the Upload PEM option.
10. Make sure you select desktop on the browse window, click once on the PEM file to select it then click open.
11. Click the Upload button next to browse.
12. Select LinkPoint API under Payment Gateway Options
13. Click on the Enable Gateway button

Below are descriptions for some of the other fields in Monstercommerce

Payment Type
Specify a title for this method of payment. For example, this may be "Credit Card" or "PayPal."

Cost Modifier
Add or subtract a percentage of the total based on the method of payment. For example, if you wish to give a 3% discount for PayPal payments, you would enter "0.03" in this field.

Sort Order
Define the order in which your payment methods will appear to customers. If you leave all of the Sort Order fields set to 0, then the system will automatically alphabetize them.

Description
Type a short description of the method of payment. For example, if you are setting up a credit card method of payment you might type, "We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover."
